Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your ticket to Epic Escape. By purchasing a Wristband, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Age Requirement

All attendees must be at least 23 years old at the time of the event. A Valid Passport for each attendee will be required for wristband collection.

2. Wristband Purchase and Entry

Wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law. Only tickets purchased through authorised platforms will be honoured.
Wristbands must be collected upon arrival at Epic Escape Hub. Each Wristband grants access to all events under the Epic Escape weekender program, unless otherwise specified.
Wristbands also include return transfers to each event from the Epic Escape Hub.

3. Event Schedule and Changes

Epic Escape reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, including adding or canceling events or adjusting locations and times due to weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of significant changes or cancellations, attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

4. Code of Conduct

Epic Escape promotes a safe, inclusive environment. Aggressive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activity will not be tolerated.
Attendees must respect local laws and regulations. Anyone violating these terms or acting in a disruptive manner may be asked to leave without a refund.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By attending, you acknowledge the risks associated with attending a multi-day festival, including but not limited to physical activity, weather conditions, and exposure to alcohol. You agree to assume all risks associated with participation.
Epic Escape and its organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and safety at all times.

6. Health and Safety

Epic Escape will adhere to health and safety regulations, and all attendees must comply with any health-related protocols, including but not limited to hygiene standards and social distancing measures, if required.
Any attendee showing signs of illness may be denied entry to certain activities for the safety of others.

7. Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following items are prohibited: illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, outside food and drinks, and any items deemed dangerous by the organisers.
Attendees may be searched upon entry, and any prohibited items may be confiscated.

8. Photography and Filming

By attending Epic Escape, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Footage and photos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Epic Escape and its partners.
Personal photography is permitted, but commercial photography or videography is not allowed unless approved in advance by the organisers.

9. Force Majeure

Epic Escape is not liable for non-performance or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options may be provided at the organiser’s discretion.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organisers. Wristbands may only be refunded if the entire event is canceled.
In case of individual event or activity cancellation, no refunds will be issued; however, alternative arrangements may be provided where possible.

11. Travel Insurance

Epic Escape strongly recommends that all attendees purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

12. Intellectual Property

The Epic Escape name, logos, branding, and other intellectual property are the sole property of the organisers. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Epic Escape takes place. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.

By purchasing a Wristband, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
