Submit Your Information​​​

• Please complete the booking form with the lead persons’ details first. The lead person will to be responsible for the booking and ensuring all parties details are correct.

• All emails and receipts will go to the Lead person.

• The lead person must ensure Epic Escape are provided with the full names of all attendees on the booking form, as well as email addresses, phone numbers; also indicating the package chosen.

• If you were referred by a DJ, Affiliate or by a member of the Epic Escape Team please ensure you provide their name under the section: Affiliate Referral.

• All following information after booking will be sent out to the lead person, so please ensure that all email addresses provided are correct.

• Once you have submitted your form it will be deemed you have read the terms and conditions and you will be taken to the pay now page, where you will find our bank account details to make your payments.

• You can pay through your online banking, or you can make your payments at any bank or building society. Please use your name as the initial reference and a reference number will be provided by the admin team within your receipt.

• Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your email confirmation and receipt.

• To make further payments, please continue to use the bank account details provided and use your reference number in place of your name.

• If you are paying a lump sum of monies to be divided by the group, please email us the payment breakdown.​​​​​
